So my idea for Easter dinner is this Indian Style Triple Egg Fried Rice which is very simple, and undemanding. And not to mention that, they will make a wonderful side for your Easter dinner. Served with French Fries, Cole Slaw, Pickle or Salad & Garlic Bread. Dipping Sauce: Tartar or Cocktail Sauce.

Instructions to make Triple Fried Dinner:
  1. Steam the Brussel Sprouts for 6 minutes.
  2. Remove the silver skin membrane from the lamb breast.
  3. Slice the breast in between the rib bones. Trim any hard parts and some of the fatty parts.
  4. Add the spices to the pieces
  5. Heat the oil. Add the flour and let it rest till the oil heats.
  6. When the oil is hot add the ribs
  7. Turn as needed.
  8. Fry the ribs till done and crispy. Move to the paper towel to absorb excessive amounts of oil.
  9. In the oil you fried the lamb, fry the Brussel Sprouts.
  10. Move to paper towels.
  11. Fry the broccoli and cauliflower.
  12. When done move to the paper towel
  13. Add the extra flour you have leftover and add the 1/2 cup. Fry in the lamb vegetable oil stir for 10 minutes then add water and stir getting all lumps out add the spices and adjust.
