- When onion is done, add flour to create a rue. More or less flour may be needed.
- To your rue, add 1 cup broth mixture and 1 cup milk. More or less may be added to achieve desired consistency. Add salt, pepper and a pinch of cayenne as you like.
- To your delicious, creamy mixture add chicken, parsley and mixed veggies. Add as much as you'd like, stir and let everything heat thoroughly to cook the veggies. I like mine on the crisp side. Yum.
- Enjoy! I like to eat this over mash potatoes, but over biscuits is delicious too.
